If you are experiencing a mental health emergency call 911 or 988 (suicide hotline) or go to the nearest emergency room.
How long is each session?

How often do sessions occur?
Typically, therapy appointments will be scheduled on a weekly basis. As progress is made, appointments may go down to every other week. This will be decided by both the therapist and the client.
What is a “consult”?
It is extremely important that you feel comfortable with your therapist. This free consultation will give you the chance to meet with the therapist to see if it would be a good fit.
What should I expect at my first session?
Our first session together will be a time for us to get to know each other. We’ll go over your paperwork, talk about what topics you are hoping to address in therapy, and start to think about what your expectations are.
What insurances do you take?
Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Care Network, Cigna, Priority Health, and United Behavioral Health. It is the client’s responsibility to learn what their mental health coverage is, including copays, prior to the start of services.
What if I don’t have insurance?
If you don’t have insurance or if you would prefer to pay out of pocket, please discuss this at your first appointment.
